With over 30 years in senior living, Colleen began her career in skilled nursing before moving on to leadership roles as Executive Director and then Regional Director in assisted living communities. She founded All 4 Seniors to offer families the compassionate, personal guidance they truly deserve.
Colleen’s deep ties to local communities in Napa, Sonoma, and the North Bay make her a trusted resource and friend to many families. When you work with Colleen, you gain more than an advisor — you gain a caring partner who walks beside you every step of the way.
Meet Dave Escobar
Dave has a strong background in hospitality, business development, and relationship management, with experience at organizations including Marriott International, UPS, and several Bay Area technology start-ups. Throughout his career, he has been known for building meaningful relationships and delivering thoughtful, personalized service.
His passion for senior living is deeply personal. Growing up alongside his older brother with cerebral palsy gave him a profound appreciation for compassionate care, dignity, and the importance of individualized support—values that continue to guide his work today.
Dave and Colleen first worked together at Calligraphy Napa Valley, where he served as Director of Sales. During that time, Colleen recognized his natural ability to connect with families and guide them through important and often emotional decisions with empathy and trust.
Now, as Colleen’s right hand at All 4 Seniors, Dave works closely alongside her to support families every step of the way—bringing both professional expertise and genuine compassion to each client experience.
